Summary:
Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa is the 2008 sequel to the 2005 film, Madagascar.[1] It was produced by DreamWorks Animation and was released on November 7, 2008.[1] The film was distributed by Paramount Pictures. It has been confirmed that the film is about the animals starting the plane on Madagascar, and then landing in Africa, and meeting some of Alex's family.[1] The film stars the voices of Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, Jada Pinkett Smith, David Schwimmer, Sacha Baron Cohen, Cedric the Entertainer and Andy Richter.[1] Also guest voicing includes Alec Baldwin, will.i.am, Bernie Mac, Sherri Shepherd.[2] The previous title was "Madagascar: The Crate Escape", which was featured on a trailer with Ben Stiller.
